eXp maintains digital personnel files on each employee which includes such information as your job application, resume, records of training, documentation of performance appraisals and salary increases, and other employment records.
The files belong to eXp and access to their contents is tightly controlled. Typically, only supervisors and management employees at eXp with a valid need to review file information are granted permission to do so.
