What are my enrollment options for benefits?

The enrollment directives for full-time U.S. benefits.

As a full-time employee (30 hours per week) living in the U.S., you have 30 days from your start date to enroll in most of your employment benefits. Upon enrollment, your coverage will begin the first of the month following your date of hire. After your first thirty days of employment, you will not be eligible to make changes to your benefits until the Open Enrollment period or unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event.

Open Enrollment is the annual period in which all full-time U.S. employees have a chance to make changes to their benefit elections and generally takes place during Quarter Four. The changes made during this time will go into effect January 1 of the following calendar year.
