Does eXp do background checks?

eXp reserves the right to perform background and reference checks for all candidates before an offer of employment is extended.

Subject to applicable law, employees accessing sensitive corporate or client information may be subject to periodic background check requirements, and background checks may be conducted in cases where wrongdoing is suspected.


Background check results shall be kept confidential to the People Team and other persons with a legitimate reason to review results. eXp complies with all applicable laws governing credit and background checks.
