Does eXp provide referral bonuses?

Details on the eXp Referral Bonus Program.

eXp employees in the U.S. are eligible to receive a $500 Referral Bonus for sourcing candidates to open roles at eXp. To qualify:

1. You must successfully connect your name (via Jobvite) to a candidate during the application process.
2. The referred candidate must be hired by eXp as a result of your referral.
3. The referred (now hired) candidate must complete six months of employment.

Once the above requirements are met, you can expect a $500 Referral Bonus on your last paycheck in the following month of the new employee's six-month anniversary.
